Participants explore targeted interventions of a Scarborough high-school that supports the learning and excellence of Black students, centred around anti-oppression and antiracism. Topics include: a) Africentric education: The Leonard Braithwaite Program, b) Interdisciplinary course: Redefining the Mandem (Pre-LBP), c) Intentional interventions: Ensuring credit accumulation, d) Centering student activism: Black Brilliance (student-led conference)
